Making The Right Choice
Nurses Night and Day Inc. has been caring for patients in
home settings for decades. Our experienced, interdisciplinary
team of home care specialists will develop a plan of care that
fulfills the physician's orders, provides the greatest amount
of independance for the patient, and supports and educates
family and friends.

Organizations
- Licensed by the State of Texas to provide Home and Community
Support Services
- Member of the Texas Association for Home Care
- Certified for Medicaire and Medicaid programs
We also serve: Harris, Fort Bend, Galveston
and Brazoria counties.

We at Nurses Night & Day
Inc. believe that the home environment is essential to promoting
wellness in the patient. Despite the challenges that can
be present in these familiar surroundings, our aim is to
help patients, their families and their friends identify
and overcome these obstacles, thus enabling the patient to
receive the highest quality care
at home.
Since 1984, we have worked to provide patient-centered
care; hence we have incorporated the following goals to facilitate
this process:

with fundamental human, civil, constitutional, statutory
rights.
- To provide continuous and coordinated care in the proper
setting that is individualized, adequate, effective and efficient.
- To educate the patient, family and friends on how to facilitate
the recovery and care process.

and implement quality health care standards.
- To manage organizational data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- To foster a work environment that promotes self-development and
continued learning.
The patient has the right to expect a quick response to reports
of pain. At Nurses Night And Day Inc. we also subscribe to
